We enjoyed a relaxed week in Umbria. Our appartment at Le Rondini Di Francesco Di Assisi was fully equipt, very clean and brand new. The location is very central so very easy access to all parts of Umbria by car. During the week it is very quite, in the weekend the complex is full of Italian familylife. Very nice staff and owners that welcomed us and where availablefor any questions.

Excellent, clean, spacious (for 2 persons), almost new apartment with a well equiped kitchen and a great location in the country nearby a small town, in a modest appartmentcomplex (max. 10 appartments). A cordial welcome by the charming, attentive, english speaking, host and very friendly and attentive owners during the whole stay. A lovely and large swimming pool in the big garden with lots of sunchairs. Everything perfectly maintained. Supermarkets and freeway within a few kilometers. Perfect location to visit all the places of interests of Umbrië. We spent a lovely 10 days in this place and surely intent to come back. Uitstekend, proper, zeer ruim (althans voor 2 personen), vrijwel nieuw appartement met een uitstekend voorziene keuken en een mooie ligging op het platteland in een zeer bescheiden appartementencomplex net buiten een klein dorpje. Zeer hartelijke ontvangst door de gastvrouw (engels sprekend) en de eigenaars en gedurende gehele verblijf. Heerlijk groot zwembad in de grote tuin met veel ligstoelen. Alles keurig verzorgd. Supermarkt en snelweg dichtbij. Uitstekende ligging voor het bezoeken van de vele bezienswaardigehden van Umbrië. We hebben hier 10 heerlijke dagen in Umbrië gehad.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable with excellent staff and service. It was he perfect weekend getaway and close to all the major ourist towns.

Everything was great: appartments are very nice and large enough, very gentle people working there, good and quiet location.

A family run hotel. When we arrived the not-so-young mother waited outside (it was very cold) to greet us and kiss the girls. So nice and so warm. So were the other staff/family members. There are several rooms in the structure, a nice swimming pool and a playground. Everything was new and clean. Our apartment had everything: washing machine, dishwasher, LCD tv, fully equipped kitchen, towels, etc. All in excellent condition. New and clean. Located 10 min from Assisi. For people with a car my advice is to stay there and not in the city. We loved it!

Our stay was very pleasant, everything so clean and the staff very helpful. A great place to relax and a great location to reach everything. It also has a great panorama and view of the hills and the town of Assisi

An excellent agriturismo, located in a quiet but easily accessible place. The apartments are spacious and clean, and the facilities are good (E.G. dishwasher, washing machine, swimming pool, table tennis/football and wifi). Some of the apartments are suitable for disabled. Due to its central location it is a perfect spot for trips around Umbria. The staff are friendly and helpful. We'll definitely go back...

Definitely one of the bigger agriturismi, producing their own olive oil. our apartment was spacious (little dark though) and equipped with everything you need for a family holiday. Kitchen has all the basics and in the fridge, there was bottle of water and milk waiting for us. There is even washing machine (and we were able to get some laundry liquid from reception) in the apartment. very clean, bed was very comfortable. Pool is on the smaller side, but nice especially for kids. If you want, you can rent bikes from the reception. Loredana helped us to organise cooking class in Cannara, which was absolutely fantastic, great experience, worth every single cent.

there was no washing up liquid in the kitchen and the proximity to the main road (it wasnt as secluded as we would wish, but i guess that was our fault as we should have checked on the map more carefully)

Very nice apartment. It's in a good location for going to the various hill towns in that part of Umbria. There's a good market, Eurostar, close by.

All the pots and pans had grease on them as did the stove top. There weren't any cleaning supplies as in dishwasher detergent, etc.

This amazing Agriturismo apartment is located very central for touring the area hilltop towns such as Assisi, Bettona, Gubbio, Spello, etc. Lori was a great host, ensuring we had everything we needed. The apartment was perfect; spacious with even a dishwasher and washing machine. A clothes rack is supplied so you can dry your clothes in the Umbrian sun. Beautiful pool area. From our patio we enjoyed our wine gazing out over olive groves and looking up at hilltop towns. At night the lights of Assisi are spectacular.

Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Very good situated for exploring Assisi, Perugia and a lot of small towns of Umbria. Perfectly equipped and very clean rooms (we stayed in One-bedroom apartment). The super-market is 5-min drive.

The check-out is at 10.00 - earlier than in most places (not justified since the check-in is at 16.00)

Modern clean appartment on a beautiful location. Everything is perfectly maintained, the pool and surrounding areas are very clean.

We stayed at a dozen different places throughout our European trek and this was probably our favorite of all them. The rooms are huge, clean, and unbelievably cozy. You have a stove, fridge, sink, and washer/dryer in your apartment. There is a grocery store about 5 minutes away in the neighboring town. Pick up some salami, cheese, olives, salad, whatever and some wine and take yourself back to a true home away from home.
